Hi there!

You may recognize the storefront in this picture – it’s Our Little Shop, an artisan craft store I opened with my then-fiancé, Brian in 2017 in downtown Modesto. After we got married in 2018, we made the hard decision to close the store, mainly to focus on our life together as newlyweds, but I knew I still wanted to help the artisan crafting community someday. So, the idea for Craft209.com was launched!

Craft209.com is meant to be your one-stop location for all things artisan craft related in the 209. Looking for an exciting brewery to try? Want to schedule a time to take a fiber art class with friends? Wonder where and when the next craft fair is, but can’t find the information on social media? We’ll have it here, and more!

Please know that the current COVID-19 situation has changed the initial launch plan and shifted to providing you with ways to keep busy at home while we all practice social distancing recommendations. I’ll be adding more content over time, and once things are able to get back to normal, more features will be turned on here.
